Paathshala+ was established in July 2025 as a social initiative aimed at eliminating the barriers to holistic education to children from less privileged backgrounds. We want to move beyond the traditional classroom by offering extracurricular opportunities, critical life skills, and creative teaching methods.
The optimal way to do this is to develop a local book donation program and reading library, raise funding for a dedicated music room, hold a school-wide Sports Day with professional coaching, all while empowering Teachers, as the teachers handbook for implementing holistic teaching practices. We ultimately want to trigger wider systemic impact to the education system through a podcast about the essential benefits of holistic education in developing countries. Finding a way to ensure that each student and parent finds a means to remove blindness and/or mental barriers to reach their optimal self within the developmental years of our lives is Paathshala+'s ultimate goal.
